Fall Rum Cocktail Recipes

REDBEARD
1.5 oz Cotton & Reed White Rum
.5 oz Lime
.25 oz Campari
Fever Tree Ginger Beer
Lime wheel

Build rum, lime juice, and Campari in a rocks or Collins glass. Add ice, top with ginger beer and a wheel of lime.


SPICED GIRL
1.5 oz Cotton & Reed White Rum
.25 oz Allspice Dram
.5 oz Simple Syrup
.75 oz Lime
Lime wheel

Shake over ice in a shaker tin. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Finish with a lime wheel.


RED RUM, RED RYE
1 oz Cotton & Reed Dry Spiced Rum
1 oz Rye Whiskey
Scant 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Lemon peel

Build liquid ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice, stir. Pour over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a slice of expressed lemon peel.


COWRY SHELLS, DOLLAR BILLS
1.5 oz Cotton & Reed Dry Spiced Rum
1 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth
.25 oz Cocchi Vermouth Rosso di Torino
1 Dash orange bitters
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
Build ingredients in amixing glass.

Build all liquid ingredients into a mixing glass. Stir well over ice. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a slice of expressed orange peel.
